The Second Perron Ministry was the 23rd ministry to come from the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. It was sworn in on 31 July 1989, following the resignation from the ministry of Health and Community Services Minister Don Dale. The new ministry saw Chief Minister Marshall Perron take on Dale's former portfolio in a permanent capacity.
